He reveals how his background in breakdancing led to the creation of his signature "1990 leg drop" move, even making it into WWE video games. After leaving full-time wrestling, Lou transitioned to stunt work and fight choreography in films, teaching actors how to safely perform wrestling moves and stunts. In the episode, Lou also discusses founding his independent wrestling promotion, Outcast Wrestling Revolution, alongside his girlfriend Cindy, aiming to bring the excitement of wrestling to the local community in Connecticut.
